NRC5000's I went into this race, very under-trained. My left calf cramped during mile 25 but I was able to stretch it out for about 10 seconds and run with it to the finish. Pain is my friend - have you ever ran with a cramped calf? It's no daisy, but hell, I've been through far worse pain.
